20.2 – Juha Saunala – album release party
His music is generally a mix of dark-tinged prog and jazz, combined with wistful songs inspired by 1970s Finland.

Sofia St. is a singer-songwriter based in Vaasa, often known for her honest lyrics and intimate, upfront vocals.

Do you want to volunteer as a bartender at Vasa’s most famous jazz club?
We need some extra help behind the bar this spring and are looking for a few volunteers who are willing to bartend during a couple of concerts! So if you are interested in doing volunteer work, have previous experience working in a bar, can work independently, and at the same time enjoy great music and meeting new people, you should join us! Send us an email with information about yourself and any previous experience in bartending to doobopclub@gmail.com. A licence to serve alcohol (Anniskelupassi/Serveringspass) is needed.

Our fall season starts this Friday!
The 2025 fall season starts this weekend with some great live music! On Friday Oiva Haapamäki Quartet plays sophisticated instrumental music with thoughtful virtuosic improvisation. And on Saturday The Haralds returns to our stage with their original songs, that combines country, soft rock and singer-songwriter music.
Don’t forget to renew your membership as well! You get the whole season for just 30€! The entire fall schedule will be up in the coming days!
