Join Dimma at a gig and you’ll be treated with influences from most corners of the musical spectrum, including progressive and psychedelic rock, country, funk, heavy metal, and folk music.

All these influences are heavily seasoned with both acoustic and electric elements, a huge serving of energy, and a thick fog to comfortably disappear into until the last bam of the snare.

When Dimma began writing music in 2015, they had no predetermined framework for how their music should sound. A few months later, after having created a repertoire of original music, it has evolved into something that’s still hard to place under a certain genre, or even combination of genres, but which is sure to creep its way into the likes of any music lover.

Erik Sjøholm is a globetrotting singer-songwriter from Malax, currently based in Madrid. At Doo-bop Club he’s expanding into a band, inviting local geniuses to join him on the stage. The repertoire offers a lot of variety in styles and showcases up and coming releases.
